Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 4 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in a no-show fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amount, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. For services requiring advance payment, deposits or full payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project or service is cancelled after work has begun, charges will apply for work completed up to that point. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and no penalties will apply. If you have questions or need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
